Semi Private Training is private small group sessions consisting of 2-3 people. Workouts will be made according to the group's fitness goal and level of fitness so it's important to gather a group similar fitness goals. Sessions will last 45 minutes to an hour and will be scheduled in accordance to the group's availability. This is perfect for the group of friends, coworkers, or family members looking to achieve the same fitness goal!
Each person in the group must attend at the same time and day.
Must arrive no later than 10 minutes of scheduled session. After 10 minutes your group will lose that session.
Sessions must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Group is allowed to reschedule 2 sessions within a 30 day period.
Sessions must be attended, completed within 5 weeks of first scheduled session.
No call no show sessions will still be charged and counted as a session.
Two no call no shows will result in the loss of the remaining sessions.
Sessions must be paid in full before working out.
