Private classes are one-on-one sessions that are instructed to help an you not only reach, but exceed your fitness goals with carefully created workouts by Halle and a meal plan (when the 12 Sessions or Unlimited Monthly package is purchased) to help with nutrition. Sessions will last 45 minutes to an hour and will be scheduled according to your availability. This is perfect for the beginner level fitness or anyone who is looking for a more personal, private setting while they workout.

PLEASE READ BELOW!  

Must arrive no later than 10 minutes of scheduled session.  After 10 minutes you lose that scheduled session.

Sessions must be cancelled no later than 30 minutes of scheduled time. 

No call no show sessions will still be counted and charged as a session.  

Sessions must be attended within a 5 week period.

Only allowed to reschedule 2 sessions.

Semi Private (2-4 People)

1 Session- $40.00

3 Sessions- $100.00

Unlimited (Monthly)- $500.00

Semi Private sessions are small group private sessions consisting of 2-4 people.  Workouts will be made according to the group's fitness goal and level of fitness. Sessions will last 45 minutes to an hour and will be scheduled in accordance to your group's availability. This is perfect for the group of friends, coworkers, or family members looking to achieve the same fitness goal.

Bodied Bootcamp

The Bodied Bootcamp is a group fitness class that takes place 5 days a week.  There are set class times with each bootcamp lasting 45 minutes to an hour.

Bodied Bootcamp is made up with set HIIT, high intensity interval training, workouts that can be modified for every level of fitness. This is perfect for individuals who love a challenge and won't mind working up a good sweat! 

CLASS TIMES are as posted below. 

Monday-Thursday  6:00AM  5:00PM

Saturday  9:00AM

No entry pass 10 MINUTES of starting class times.

PRICING:

Per Class: $15, This is the drop in rate that must be paid in full before attending Bodied Bootcamp 

Monthly Unlimited Membership: $100/per month, This option requires a 3 month minimum commitment with a card on file. The payment will automatically be charged to the card on file the day you start your membership. (Ex. If you start your membership on the 10th of the month, you will be charged $100 every 10th of the month for a 3 month period.)

Month-to-Month: $135, This is the alternative to the Monthly Unlimited Membership listed above, no commitment is required for this option. You’ll pay $135 month to month for unlimited classes within a 30 day period. After 30 days you must pay for another month of classes before attending another bootcamp
