Private training are one-on-one sessions with specialized workouts that will help you exceed your fitness goals. Sessions are 45 minutes to an hour and will be scheduled according to your availability. Meal Plans are included with the purchase of the 12 or Unlimited Sessions. This is perfect for the beginner level fitness or anyone who is looking for a more personal, private setting while they workout.
Must arrive no later than 10 minutes of scheduled session. After 10 minutes you lose that scheduled session.
Sessions must be cancelled no later than 24 hours of scheduled time.
You're only allowed to reschedule 2 sessions within a 30 day period.
No call no show sessions will still be charged.
Two no call no shows will result in the loss of remaining sessions
Sessions must be paid in full before working out.
Sessions purchased must be attended with in a 5 week period.
Sessions do not roll over to the next month.
